The staff exuded genuine friendliness and were always ready to assist, whether it was a late-night arrival or waiting for my friends in the lobby post-checkout. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they were impeccably clean and cozy, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Santa Cruz do Sul. Free WiFi was a definite plus, allowing me to stay connected while unwinding in the alpine-style hotel with its charming central courtyard. The daily buffet breakfast was a delightful start to my mornings, filled with fresh fruits, juice, and delicious pastries. Add in the enticing outdoor pool, game room, and barbecue area, and you have the perfect recipe for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.
